Ordering

When you place an order with us on-line we will send you a confirmation by email within twenty four hours to let you know we have received your request. If you do not receive an email within three working days of placing your order then there may have been a failure in the system.

We will then pick your items for dispatch and process the full payment by your chosen method. We will then send an email confirming it has been posted, please allow up to twenty eight days for delivery.

We do not accept responsibility for unaccounted for technical failures whilst orders are in transmission.

Delivery

All our parcels will be sent recorded delivery so they will have to be signed for upon receipt, this is to make sure your items arrive safely. Price will depend on where the parcel is being sent. No items will be sent for post until payment in full has been received.

Returns Policy

If your items arrive damaged we are more than happy to replace them for you. You need to package your item including a note with your reason for return and weather you want exact replacement or alternative item and send it to our returns address:

It is not necessary for you to send your parcel recorded delivery but we would strongly recommend that you do. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. Unfortunately due to hygiene we cannot accept returns for earrings or naval bars unless they are faulty.
Items that arrive to us that are damaged, or lost will not be credited.
Items damaged whilst in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost.
You must inform us of any breakage or damage within 3 working days from receipt of your parcel.
